Gastronomy  ★Two Christmas appetizer recipes

These recipes are very easy to prepare and make excellent Amuse-Bouche
 
 “Blinis au Saumon” or “Salmon Blinis”



 
For 4 people:
_ 4 blinis
_ 2 slices of smoked salmon
_Crème fraîche (thick sour cream)
_Fresh dill
_Fresh chives
_Salt and pepper
_Lemon zest
 
Preparation:
_Warm up the blinis in the oven for 5 minutes 
_Dress the blinis on a large platter
_Add a spoonful of crème fraîche on each blinis
_Add chopped chives on the top, salt and pepper
_Add ¼ of salmon slice on the top
_Garnish with a sprig of dill and a strip of lemon zest

It’s ready! Bon Appétit!


 
 “Toasts chèvre et miel” or “Goat cheese toasts with honey”
 



For 4 people:
_1 goat cheese roll
_A loaf of crusty bread (white or any of your choice)
_Honey
_Thyme leaves
_Fresh figs cut in quarters if you like
 
Preparation:
_Cut the bread in slices
_Add a slice of goat cheese on the bread
_Top up with a bit of honey
_ Toast in the oven it until golden
_Garnish with small thyme leaves and figs
