Movie  Special events during the FFAST

The opening ceremony was a success on Tuesday at the Cinema l’Arlequin in Paris.
Anurag Kashyap was present and answered the audience questions after the projection of his movie.



 

The names of the members of the Jury FFAST for the competition are:

_Amandine D’Azevedo
_Pauline Lefèvre
_Laurence Briot
_Pascal-Alex Vincent
 
Among these professionals of the cinema industry are journalists of famous cinema magazines, doctors in cinematography studies including hindi cinema, actors and actresses, cinema directors…





6 people are part of the Student Jury. All of them are doing a Master Degree in Cinema, Cinema bloggers, Cinema lovers, or also students specialized in South Asia studies:

_Loic Reder
 



A special event “Focus Pakistan” has been organized, including movies projections and debates with professionnals. Also, in order to make things a bit more spicy, a special event will be held this year on the night of February 6th,starting at 11:00 pm, which is called: The FFAST & Frissons (literally: FFAST & shivers). During that night, 3 (“adult”) movies directed by the very controversial movie producer Vinod Pande will be on the screen, including:
_Akeli
_Red Swastik
_Sins

At the end of the projections, the FFAST is offering a typical Indian breakfast in the morning just in case some people need to recover ;-) Sounds great!
